So in my case, the transducer is about 2' below the waterline and so saillogger is reporting an artificially low value. Is there any way to incorporate the adjusted value or to configure an offset in saillogger so that alarms and reported depth agree with the on-board displays? Thanks!

Go to plugin configuration, and change the value under
Monitoring data source for depth
.

Sounds like you want to use
environment.depth.belowSurface
, make sure it is available in the Data Browser.

Save the configuration and restart Signal K for the changes to take effect and all should be good!
