I love sail logger but I’m still looking for one single place where I can monitor all of the information that is important to me.

I love the way that sail logger automatically starts and stops tracking, etc. and I really like the clean design so to me it would be my preferred choice of a single view into the systems on my boat. The fact that it is so easily accessible off the boat also is a big value.

I use the Saillogger often, but I also have to log in to my VRM portal to read things like the temperatures for my 3 Ruuvi sensors. I then need to log into the app of my Siren 3 pro in order to see the battery voltage of my three banks – house, starter and thruster.

All of this information is on the NMEA network onboard, but I have to use three different tools to access it. Would it be possible to add the ability to read any data from the NMEA bus and display it in Sail logger?

I’m not sure of the difficulty or feasibility of doing such a thing, but since it’s all on the network it seems like it should be possible??

I’m really impressed with how Sail logger works. Although I would love to say different, I tend to be a bit lackadaisical about keeping a good logbook so this is a major value add for me. I really like the clean design and I just keep seeing nice new features being added.
