I have completed a trip from one harbour to another. I'm using a raspberry pi with the saillogger plugin and it has completed previous trips and they show up it in the log. The last trip however does not show up in the log. When I look in the real time monitoring it says:

Completed a trip from Marina Den Oever, finalizing
Departed 1 day 23 hours ago
    Trip Dist. 17.5 miles

but also it reports a destination that is not correct:

Destination Watersportcentrum Andijk in Noord-Holland, Netherlands (5.4 miles)

The boats real destination was De Compagnieshaven Yacht Harbour and the real time tracking shows the boat was last seen there. After docking we shut down the raspberry pi after half an hour.

Does anyone know what goes wrong here? Or is the case that I need to stay connected longer and/or retry to connect the next time I'm at the boat as stated in the FAQ?

Hi Thomas, it is indeed what is mentioned in the FAQ. It takes an hour to finalize a trip, so if you turn on your Raspberry Pi for just a few minutes, it will autocomplete. Alternatively, keep the Raspberry Pi on a bit longer after you complete your trip.
