    Hi,
I’ve just updated the npm version of my Signal K server, but now the Saillogger app in Signal K stopped working and gives the message that it can’t find the bindings file. It looks like it can’t find the better-sqlite3 module.

Could this be a similar issue as discussed on Discord with the Postgsail app? That app gave initially the same message, but after rebuilding (see recommendations on Discord) it works again.

    TIA

    Daniel

Is this on a Raspberry Pi? Unfortunately this is a new dependency they introduced, if so can you do a manual npm install signalk-saillogger in ~/.signalk directory?

We have something in the works to completely eliminate this dependency. It is a major rewrite though so requires extensive testing, please stay tuned.

I actually updated the module better-sqlite3 in the .signalk folder and that did the trick. Working again!
