Connexion Cerbo GX MK2 to Signal K Server
-
Hello community!
I need help to understand my connection problem to Server K.
I am on a sailing catamaran.
I have a Cerbo GX MK2 from 2024, connected with an official VictronVE.Can to NMEA2000 Micro-C male cable, plugged into the VE.Can port 1 socket to the NMEA 2000 network under GARMIN system (MFD 8412 and 8410).
I have a WiFi NMEA 2000 Interface - NMEA Network - YDWG-02N, on a TpLink Archer 600 router.
On the Garmin 8412 I can see the list of Victron devices on the NMEA 2000 network, on the Cerbo I can see the Garmin devices on Port 1.
When I connect my tablet to the Cerbo via Navionics I only receive the GPS position and not the AIS or the probes !!!!
When I activate the K signal the line: n2k-on-ve.can-socket is not yellow and therefore I cannot connect to Saillogger ...
If anyone has any idea why I can't do it ???
Thank you all for your attention

Hi @ilederey , thank you for your post. Problem is indicated on the dashboard status page. It gives an error stating "Error creating channel". We have never seen that error before so it is strange. Can you click on that connection and send the connection details? A working one should look like this:

You're welcome, we are glad to hear it worked out well. You can now proceed with onboarding on Saillogger, which should only take a couple of minutes: https://saillogger.com/getting_started/victron_gx
Good luck and let us know if you encounter any other issues.
